The V12 Vantage was masterfully engineered to be a comfortable sporting coupe that gives impressive performance. The interior is clothed in beautiful stitched leather, dial faces are aluminum, backlit in a stunning blue, and features lush carpet and Alcantara accents. The engine is a 5.9 liter, producing 510 horsepower and a 0-60 mph time of 4.1 seconds. Aston Martin kept it simple, without any complex variable valve timing or direct injection. The rear-mounted transmission is a 6-speed manual only. Nothing on the V12 Vantage was altered for cosmetic purposes – everything was done mindfully to enhance driving dynamics. Carbon fiber vents in the hood allow hot air in the engine compartment to escape. The front splitter channels air to the front brakes and radiator, all while producing downforce. A slight increase of the rear spoiler also helps channel air through the high-capacity oil cooler and increase downforce.
