Just look at this gorgeous Cadillac DeVille. This is not "just another Cadillac", this is a Golden Anniversary Edition with lots of extras. It is a 100% rust free, Sun Lakes, Arizona kept car having just 55k original, one owner miles with a squeaky clean Autocheck and CarFax report. The car is fully equipped from the factory with the exception of a moonroof including heated seats, dual zone (driver/passenger) climate controls, power everything and some really nice additions. Those include a full "Carriage" or "Landau" top, a complete 24k gold emblem package and Vogue triple chrome plated alloy wheels with gold crested center caps, all of this is around a $5000 touch. On top of that, the car is complete with factory floor mats, trunk mat, cargo net, spare tire with tools, ALL owners books including the Gold Key Delivery literature and key tags, all keys (including the one set of gold plated keys) and both original "1&2" remotes, very hard to find a Caddy of this vintage with all of the aforementioned items. The car has never been smoked in and is in really nice shape, please take the time to review the in-depth description and over 100 photos below including several of the suspension and undercarriage which show the car has absolutely zero corrosion and has never been damaged.
The body of the car is straight with no major dings, dents or scratches. Of course, there are a few small blemishes here and there that you would expect from a 21yr old classic Caddy but not much to speak of. The only real defect on the exterior of the car are some of the chrome/plastic strips along the sides of the car show some deterioration. Easily refinished or replaced and not overly visible in the photos but I wanted to disclose that. The paint is shiny, carriage top is all intact and shows nicely, all gold emblems are really nice and all lights and lenses are in nice shape as well as all functioning properly. Tires are like new top quality Michelins all the way around with better than 80% tread life remaining. Chrome wheels look excellent and all center caps are in place. Glass is very nice, it still retains its original windshield, sides and rears are lightly tinted.
The interior is very, very clean and it nearly smells like a new car. Absolutely no tobacco, musty or pet odors at all. Leather is all intact showing just minimal wear and/or aging, carpets are clean, door panels, headliner and visors are all excellent and the dash is in nice shape showing just minimal aging, no cracks or splits in the pad. Everything inside is in good working order, all power seating, audio system, lighting, soft close trunk, gauges etc. are functional. The only thing not functioning correctly on the car is the power antenna, it does go up and down, nothing is broken but it has a slight bend in it somewhere so to get it fully extended or retracted you need to do that manually, with some patience it can be straightened out not needing any parts. A/C is nice and cold and the dual zone climate control works as it should.
Mechanically the car is very strong. As to be expected with any car that is over 20yrs old there is some seepage from the oil pan, if that is an issue for you, plan on budgeting about $300 to have that remedied. The engine is smooth, quiet and very powerful. The transmission shifts at all the correct intervals and this car is a real pleasure to drive. The rear shocks feel a little firmer than I like on these so as a precaution, I am including a pair of brand new air shocks for the rear in case the current ones are not to your liking, that is a near $400 value. The car has not exhibited any overheating issues and there are no warning lights on in the dash.
IF you could find a car of this quality, with these miles and a perfect one owner, accident free history in 100% corrosion free condition anywhere else, you would be staring at a $6995 price tag.
