Hello and thanks for viewing our 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with the Legendary 5.9 Cummins Diesel engine. This is a one of a kind truck! Not only is it hard to find these trucks at all anymore, try finding one that’s not a rust buucket or doesn’t have a ton of miles. It can be an exhausting search. Search NO More! Here is is. This Dodge is in excellent condition for its age. Not heavy rustOr rot, just some light surface oxidation on driveshafts and rotors , nothing you wouldn’t find on any vehicle that’s more then a few years old. EVEN THE DOOR BOTTOMS ARE ROCK SOLID! If you know these trucks , you know it’s almost impossible to find a 2nd gen with door bottoms that aren’t gone. Truck has a 6 inch lift , Banks Power Pack and KN Cold air intake. This truck is a rocket ship! Engine is stronger then any Cummins truck I’ve ever driven! The Turbo screams at other vehicles when passing And scares them off the road! This baby is a real head turner!. Truck is issue free and ready for immediate use. Buy it and drive it, nothing needed. Engine fires right up with a split second turn of the key and runs strong and sound. No heavy white smoke out of the exhaust. No ticks , Taps, or other odd noises. All fluids are clean, clear uand at factory recommended levels. Transmission shifts thru all it’s gears right on the mark. No banging or clunking when selecting gears. 4x4 works in high and low. Heat blows hot and air blows cold. No broken glass and no rips on the seats. The dash has the typical Dodge RAM cracks in it. I can’t remember the last time I saw a dash that didn’t have a crack or 4 . This truck is one badass machine. The 5.9 cummins is the best of the older diesels and this one runs 110% * Truck will need new tires all Around. We did not put new tires on it because we didn’t want to spend $600 on tires and find out the buyer didn’t like them and he’s going to buy new ones anyway if the truck is sold for full price we will credit the buyer money for new tires. Other than that this truck is almost perfect the best example of a second generation ram you can find on the market this ram is the real deal! hurry up and grab it before somebody else does there’s not many of these left, last of the Mohicans. I can honestly say I have described this truck to the best of my ability and I stake my 10 years of solid feedback on all my descriptions. That being said , we do still recommend that potential buyers inspect the truck BEFORE buying. If you are out of state , we will go out of our way to send you extra pictures and even videos of the truck starting/ running and driving upon request. There are also 3rd party inspection companies in the area that will inspect the truck for you and give you a full unbiased report card. Even though this is one of the cleanest and nicest trucks I"ve had in awhile, it is still 21 years old and does have some amount of use and wear and because of age no warranties are available, don"t expect a brand new truck and we won"t have any problems.These Cummins trucks go up in value every year, a nice clean One like This is worth whatever you want to get for it, simply because where can you find another one? Uwell taken care of since day 1. The Truck has never been in any major damage and has a clean title.
