This is a clean, great running/driving 1997 VW Jetta equipped with the 1.9 Liter 4 Cyl TDi Turbo Diesel Engine and 5 Spd Manual Transmission. The car is in good/original condition both inside and out but does have original paint that is fading/peeling. I did not "fluff up" the car in any way or even detail it, I simply washed it and took the pictures. It runs and drives very well with no known issues of any kind, no leaks, or warning lights. The transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears and the car cruises down the freeway effortlessly @ 75 mph. The heat, a/c, and cruise control all work as they should. I just installed a brand new set of Cooper Tires, and a New Timing Belt and Water Pump. These Tdi Jettas offer excellent fuel economy and are known to run upwards of 500K miles!
