1996 Porsche 911 (993) Carrera 4S. Great example of one of the last air-cooled wide-body 911s ever made. Original owner for 23 years . Black metallic on dove gray leather interior with the optional 18-inch, Turbo twist style wheels. 3.6 Liter flat six-engine with a 6 speed manual transmission. W ell maintained, southeastern car and pampered throughout its life. Considered to be in almost concourse condition. This car is an all-original, including the factory paint. The car starts first turn of the key, sounds great and runs very well, with an eager pulling engine, good clutch, and a smooth shifting transmission. The engine and exhaust are stock. Power delivery from the engine is strong. The interior of the car is in great condition (very clean) showing only light wear to carpets, door panels, dashboard and seats (please see all photos) due to its careful owner. The vehicle has never been run on a circuit (tracked) and is used strictly as a daily driver, as well as for pleasure. A complete set of handbooks and records are available, including the owner’s manual (see photos). Factory Porsche leather handbook pouch, roadside tools and compressor are also included. The original factory window sticker is available (see photo). The factory build white option code sticker is still present under the hood. Clean history and title. Please see and study all photos. Recent maintenance includes: New Michelin Pilot Super Sport front and rear tires. July 2018 - New alternator belt, new A/C belt, A/C Freon charged. February 2017 – New spark plugs, new front and rear O2 sensors, brake and clutch fluids flushed, new Mobil-1 Oil and filter, new air filter, new battery, new cabin air filter, new OE sway bar links, full four wheel alignment, new oil cap, throttle body cleaned, new front differential fluid, new transmission fluid, new rear differential fluid, new hood gas struts, new trunk lid gas struts, and new fuel filter. IF you can find a better, one owner, fully documented ’96 911 C4S, being sold by a private party, in this color, with a mint interior, and at this price point; buy it! The only known issues are: Some minor stone chips on the front bumper, lower front valence and hood. The odometer stopped working at 89,200 miles, yet the speedometer still works fine. Hence, the mileage is now estimated to be 94,800.
