Vehicle description
1982 GMC Sierra Classic lwb with a 2018 LT Gen 5 L83 and 6L80 automatic transmission. Truck is solid and straight with beautiful patina, all option, electric, AC, dual tank, courtesy bed light, power lock and windows.
The motor trans package only had 31K miles when pulled from the 18 Chevy Silverado. Fresh build. I"ve ran the truck on a couple 500mile road trips. No issues, great truck. Cruises at 80 with no issues and the vintage Air keeps the cab freezing, the combo runs great with the new motor. Radiator and fans came off a 6.2 2500 chevy, beefy fans and radiator. New Steering gear, and new power steering pump. ICT pulley kit powers the front end of the motor with a new r34 AC compressor.
New interior, custom bench seat, headliner, ceramic tint, blue tooth original looking radio. New carpet, new seat belts, and brand new dashboard. The cab is insulated for decreased road noise. Vent window seals are new, new front and rear glass/seals. All the original lights and guages work on the dash. The electric lock actuator for doors are new, new window motors. Windows work like on your new truck.
Front end has all new trim, and original grill that was almost impossible to source. Modern white lights illuminate the road. Windshield motor new, and painted to match wilwood master cylinder. Wilwood breaks on all corners with tubular control arms and coilovers. New trim all around, 3 inch stainless steel Xpipe exhaust, new tanks, new sending units, intank fuel pump, and new rear shocks. Custom drive shaft. Great breaks stop the US MAG 22inch wheels on Pirellis. 275/50r22 in the front and 325/55r22 in the rear.
