Vehicle Details I am letting go of my 1990 Toyota Supra project car. It features the famed 7M-GTE Turbo V6 (3.0L). The exterior paint is red (as you can see) and is the original paint applied in 1990. As with many cars from this era, the clear coat is beginning to fade/separate in some areas. Overall, a good wax and buff will make this old girl shine like new. I am selling because I haven't had much time for a project car, and I need the money than I need the vehicle. I recently sent it to the shop for repairs as it was over-heating. My mechanic believes there is an issue with the thermostat mechanism (housing and body). They have been dragging their feet on making repairs, so I have chosen to take matters into my own hands. The car runs and drives, but she blows off lots of steam due to the overheating.
