Vehicle description
This is a rare find, it should be in a collection or museum, 1967 Camero RS, rally sport trim package, 327 two barrel, auto trans-power glide-column shift, bench/bucket with fold down center armrest, fold down rear seat, a speaker panel has been installed where up right seat is, did not drill or damage, seat folds up correctly-can be easily removed, still has original wheels-tires and spare on the car, stock hub caps-has glue on reflectors that can come off easy, has power steering and standard brakes, drums all around, parked since 1988, I did not want to wash or air blow off the engine as the paper stickers are original and did not want to damage them, fog lights will be taken off before shipment.
I deal with allot of rare cars, I will not take the time to start it properly, as if you know these old cars like I do, you need to take out the spark plugs-take off the carburetor then pour Marvel oil down the intake and turn the crank with a ratchet. Then the valve covers should come off to soak the valve seals. This is common knowledge and should be done by the next owner. Also everybody forgets-these are high compression engines, they had pump gas in 67 that had higher octanes and lead-they need octane boost and simulated lead added to the gas to keep them alive.
Yes, it has low original miles, no faded paint, no pitted chrome, no rust-stored in a cool dry place with no mice. Hagerty, NADA or Old Car Buyers Guide doesn"t even have a clear way or category to value this car as it is not restored, low miles and no modifications or upgrades-still has factory tires, wheels and hub caps. It has a unique value and will bring a high price.
Any Questions, call Bob at
