Finally selling my daily driver of 8 years. This car may not look pretty or be the cleanest thing around, but its alot of fun to drive and gets great gas mileage while doing it. It started out as a fleet vehicle and was sold to the previous owner at around 75k. His family lived in Massachusetts and he lived in North Carolina, commuting regularly between the two states until the clutch gave out at 322k - which is when I bought it. In the past 8 years of driving over 100k, this Jetta has only needed to be towed 3 times. The first was a clogged fuel line, second was a blown turbo and third was a busted oil pan. The clutch was replaced at 322k, the drivers inner cv boot is torn, there’s a small coolant leak on the back of the engine and the drivers side door lock mechanisms are intermittent (sometimes they lock, sometimes they dont).
