Vehicle description

5.8L 351W with E40D auto transmission. Transmission was replaced at 150,000 miles with a BTS E40D. Information can be found at www.brianstruckshop.com/ and paperwork can be provided. Transmission has a lifetime warranty on parts.
Engine runs strong, but has a slight rear main seal leak. I run Mobil 1 10W-30 and change every 3k miles, it"s usually down about 1/4 of a liter at that point.
So far the following has been done:
BTS transmission.
Complete rebuild of entire brake system (drums, discs, all lines, master cylinder, booster).
Redhead steering box.
Mean green alternator.
All vacuum lines.
Radiator fan, radiator hoses.
Battery and battery wiring.
Auto hubs replaced with Warm premium manual hubs.
32" BFG ATs currently with less than 10k miles on them.
Soft Topper Soft Top.
Lizard Skin liner throughout interior.
Tuffy security center console.
All exterior and cab lights have been replaced with OEM originals.
All rubber seals/gaskets replaced.
All steering and suspension bushings have been replaced.
All shocks have been replaced.
The bad:
Rear main seal leak. Not horrible, only slight. Not bad enough to spend the time replacing right now.
Typical Ford rust areas: Rear outer and inner fenders, radiator core support.
Paint job is far from perfect. When I purchased it, it looked immaculate. After a few thousand miles of driving the body filler started cracking out of the fenders. For a quick fix until I could replace all the rotted panels, I removed all the body filler, cleaned everything up, and shot it with a flat black. Looks great at 30 feet, not so much at 6 feet.
The extras:
Going along with the Bronco I have the following:
Replacement rear fenders
Replacement radiator core support
Replacement solid steering shaft. The steering was great after replacing the original box with the red head, so I never replaced the shaft.
Replacement poly body bushings. I planned to replace those when I replaced the core support.
Various random extra parts: front fender symbols, fuel filters, brake parts, air filters, service book.
I also have a complete Sterling 10.25 rear end to go along with it.
