A quick summary of this car: Beautiful, low mileage, 2 owner-car, always garage kept, with the MAJOR preventive maintenance already done! ! OOPS, and NO RESERVE! I bought this car July 23, 2012 locally. It was from the estate of a family friend, and only had 5,570 miles on it. (The owner had passed away, and the estate was quite large, so the car was tied up for a while till the estate was settled). I drove it for a few years, fell in love with it, and decided I was going to keep it. But in the back of my mind I kept thinking about the timing belt, water pump, tensioners, etc.,. . . . . I knew they weren"t due till about 100,000 miles, but I was concerned about them because of their age. . . . . . I talked with Lexus and they recommended, because of their age, that they be done. So I had Lexus do all the work required in August 2017. It included the replacement of the timing belt, water pump, drive belt, couple o rings, etc. Brakes were done at the same time. The bill, which I will give you, came to $ 1,479.20. The mileage at the time was 33,661 - just 5,000 miles ago. I have some sort of internet copy of some original paperwork. It shows the build date for the car was 6/11/2003. The exterior color is Millennium Silver (01C0), and the interior color is Ivory/Ecru (LA00). The MSRP was $64,323, fairly expensive back in 2003! It was sold through MotorWorld Lexus locally. I"ve always had 4-5 cars. This was my summer driver. In the winter I drive an SUV. The Lexus goes into the garage, is put on a trickle charger and rests in its nice warm spot till Spring time comes around, and the snow is all gone. That accounts for the low mileage - and for the excellent condition of this car. You will note I have EXCELLENT feedback. Whoever gets this car is getting a car that gets constant compliments on how good looking it is. It drives wonderfully. The V8 power is well matched to the handling and power steering. A very underrated car in the world of modern classic, and a car that a lot of people simply have not often seen. The build quality, quality of materials, fit and finish, are pure Lexus - great in every way. I think that should be everything. COUPLE MISCELLANEOUS THINGS: The wool (?) floor mats are dirty - this car comes with a complete set of new floor mats. Re Carfax - I do not have a recent Carfax on this car, so I am not sure what it says,,,,,,,, but a couple years ago somebody scraped my front bumper in a parking lot. I had a new one put on and painted to match. I have the paperwork here somewhere and you will get that too. P.S. Why am I selling it - I am 75 and am moving from a property that has garage space for 5 cars, to a condo. The condo has one parking place! ! Cars have to go! !
