Buyer is responsible for shipping and must arrange pickup after seeing the car in person. I can be present when the car is picked up as long as you give me enough time to make sure I’m available if you’re unable to be there. However I will not allow it to be shipped until the buyer comes in person or has someone else that’s responsible to verify the condition and inspects it for any damage etc, prior to having it shipped.
Once it’s been picked up by the shipping company and no longer in my possession, the buyer is responsible for the car and any damage that may occur that wasn’t there prior. I don’t except returns and want to make sure that the buyer is satisfied with the car and sees that it’s like new with no damage in perfect condition.
Buyer can refuse purchasing the car but will forfeit the deposit unless it has damage etc. The car is like new, if the buyer notices any damage they can either be refunded the full amount of the deposit or I will pay to have any damage fixed that occurred before the buyer takes possession of the car. Do not bid if you don’t have the funds to purchase the car! I am giving the buyer plenty of time too arranged pickup etc, (10 days) before the full payment is due and should allow the buyer time to book a flight for cheap round trip or one way of planning to drive home.
