Vehicle description
Please read my full transparent description:
Up for sale is a like new blue 2019 Honda Civic Sport four-door sedan . The car has a rebuilt title due to a front right side collision last winter. It was professionally rebuilt by a body shop in Philadelphia where I purchased it. The shop, which is popular on eBay, fixes up cars enough to be driveable and pass inspection. However, I wanted this civic to be near-perfect in the sense of driving and all lights on the dashboard going off, so I paid them extra for the following:
-leveling of radar sub assembly so cruise control and lane keeping assist work (did not before), - new head gasket so emissions light would go off (it did) and pass an emissions test (it did), -a new oil pan , -a new splash shield to cover the engine, -a spare key , which did not come with it, -a new throttle body , as acceleration wasn"t perfect but now is, - new all-season floor mats . 0 floor mats came with it. In doing all of these repairs the SRS light, which was originally on, went off. It is the only light we did not specifically address. All others were specifically addressed and fixed with my out of pocket money.
The car NOW looks and drives awesome! This car is also a great value in that its odometer currently reads just over 3,000 miles! I will be using this as my daily commuter until I find a buyer, so the mileage may increase slightly. I am only selling it because I want to get a plug-in hybrid, which is more fuel efficient in my congested city driving, and my job has a free plug-in station.
This civic is an automatic transmission and averages mid 30s MPG city/highway. The only flaw that I did not address is some abrasion marks of the right front mud flap behind the right front tire. You cannot even notice this unless you bend down and actually look for it behind the tire. Due to the time and money spent on repairs for this vehicle, I originally listed this at $15,250 as is . However, with sales doing on past Labor Day, I will lower it to $14,700. You can make an offer but do not make an insulting one, as it will be automatically declined. I put a lot of money into this to get it to where it"s supposed to be. I can meet up with potential buyers in my area so you could test drive it for as long as you want and check it all out. If you purchase it, I can even deliver it to you or meet at a notary if you live within a reasonable distance. If you live far away, you’ll be responsible for planning the shipping. Give me a text at to discuss anything on your mind and more details about about the vehicle!
