We love this car it"s already saved us from two accidents. Automatic stopping, automatic following in traffic. We"ve driven to Seattle and
back without touching the pedals and barely touching the steering wheel.
No more repair costs. Most of what you pay to repair this card doesnt have. . the Tacoma Nissan dealer has been selling leafs since 2009 and has never done a brake job or battery replacement. because most of the braking is done by the generator and put back into the battery. so they"ll be nearly no maintenance cost except tires .
Equivalent of 110 miles to the gallon about $0.03 a mile for electricity. charges full up in 8 hours or so on the outlet that would work for a electric clothes dryer with an adapter.
Heated seats, heated steering wheel. which make a lot of difference in your winter range. Great 360 degree camera when your parking see photos . leather seats, navigation shows you where the nearest charging stations are . I"m six foot one 250 lbs and I can sit in the back seat when my wife is driving and my mother-in-law is in the front seat . very roomy trunk not like other plugins as the batteries are under the floorboards like a Tesla. I think of it as a Tesla for half price.
