Ultra light and high strength carbon fiber material is used on this beautiful McLaren 720S. Every single element of the aerodynamic design is baked to a perfect surface quality in an autoclave and fitted precisely to the vehicle. All aerodynamic body improvements are also done in light, high-strength carbon fiber as well. The redesigned front end improves aerodynamic stability by creating additional downforce while improving engine ventilation at the same time. Wing extensions and side skirts further improve aerodynamics and increase the aggressiveness of the design. At the back end, a more aggressive diffuser and beautiful new wing generate increased down force for additional high-speed grip.
Carbon is used for the bonnet, the front and rear aprons, the mirror housing and the wings, which make the car wider. The 720s also received a rear wing and a diffuser.
