About this vehicle This 2017 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT S is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle needs work. Seller"s Notes Please read the description a couple times before contacting. Vehicle Details Car does not start. Salvage title Got myself in over my head a bit. Bought the car at an auction. Took it to Dealer. They want too much to even begin to investigate. Possible electronic issues. When you try to start it’s like the car won’t send the signal. It doesn’t click or even try to start. Battery is strong all normal electronics function such as lights windows radio. Here’s the annoying thing. Due to some genius thinking the engine needs to be running to properly diagnose or also to put the car in neutral to be towed. I know you are thinking no there is an emergency transmission release. No there isn’t. Per Mercedes technician the transmission requires hydraulic pressure to release and that pressure is generated by the engine running. So the car is a bear to load or move. I have jack dollies to help load it on a trailer but it will be a pain. Car is sold as is. Need cash in hand (or wire transfer) prior to car going anywhere. Car is not going to a shop first to get checked out that’s a nightmare just to go to the dealer and back. Car is sold right where it is. No trades no payments. No desperate to sell. Please don’t be the guy that is desperate to speak on the phone to try to talk me down to a lower price. If you have the money and want the car great. If you don’t want to take the risk or you think the price is too high also great just keep it moving. Can help with transport.
