Lexus Lx full of pleasant surprises: since April 20th to May 8th averaged 17.4 miles per gallon highway. Since May 8th, the avg. mpg increased to 20.5! What I like: cavernous storage capacity, adjustable driver"s and passenger"s seats to perfect comfort position, lit running boards for easy access even at night, lit "Lexus" door sill, heads up display on windshield in front of driver, joy stick control for display monitor, oversized 14 in. Display monitor, Interior walnut wood and polished aluminum accents, fabulous clear coat paint with wonderful color; (sometimes in certain light looks almost bronze), auto tailgate lifts quickly, split lower tailgate has electric motor for sure locking, adaptive cruise control radar. Lane departure alert is a vibration on the left or right side of steering wheel, and the lane marker turns yellow on the dash display as an added alert. Excellent visibility as you backup: the side mirrors turn down, the overhead camera gives a Birdseye display of surroundings. Also wide angle cameras imbedded in the mirrors and front grill give a ground level view all surrounding the Suv. Between the front seats is the cool box which can hold up to 6 12 oz bottles/cans for cool refreshment as you drive down the road. The best feeling is the powerful V8 which really accelerates the Lexus when you need to! The only dislike is the premature wear on driver"s seat cushion. There are several small nicks in clear-coat in driver"s side door and rear panel. The Lexus 3M film applied to front fascia has prevented any rock chips. All maintenance records complete and up-to-date thru 35000 miles.tire tread is 8mm. Original sticker was $98,145. No accidents. No dents or bruises.
