Vehicle description
Vehicle Details Well this is gonna be a long write up lol =)! I have owned this truck since brand new purchased October 31st, 2015 ($39,995) which started out life as a TRD Off-Road but had the Sport hood added before the PRO was released. It was solid axle swapped in 2017 with 21,479 miles on it 4 linked front/rear by Rockslayer Off-Road in San Bernardino CA (parts/labor $40k for just the swap and link kits) with 2006 Ford Super Duty axles ($700 housings), Reid Racing knuckles ($800), Yukon 5.38 gears front/rear ($800), Yukon Grizzly locker front/rear ($1500), upgraded 2012+ front axle shafts with massive1550 yokes ($400), Yukon iron front diff cover ($175), custom Ford-Toyota driveshaft adapters front/rear ($900), custom 3/16” driveshafts front/rear ($1100) 20” travel ORI integral reservoir struts at all four corners ($6460), Howe Performance full hydro steering with 8” ram ($6500 parts/labor), At this time I installed the Marlin Crawler Tacobox ($2800) with 4.7 gears and a FJ Cruiser transfer case ($400-stick shift) to eliminate the electronic 4wd engagement. I have also handled all of the body work to accommodate the 7” wheelbase stretch (now 135” from 128” stock) with CNC cut .050” aluminum fender skins that were fastened with countersunk rivets and bodyworked ($2000 parts/labor) in preparation for the super tough Bullet Liner spray ($10k) that is on the entire truck, bumpers and roof rack. I worked with CBI Off-Road to make custom front/rear bumpers ($6500) to fit the enlarged wheel well openings, Smittybilt 10K winch ($500) with wireless remote and synthetic line, Prinsu Cabrack $800, Genright 36 gallon aluminum fuel cell ($2400), Odyssey Extreme Series battery ($300), PRP custom Enduro Reclining suede off-road seats up front with matching custom suede seat covers for the rear seats ($2900), Alpha Owls quad projector headlights ($500) (5) KMC HEX 17” beadlocks with custom paint/powder coat ($3000) with (4) Mickey Thompson BAJA PRO XS DOT 43” tires ($2800). Installed is a custom DBCUSTOMZFAB Halo grille ($700) and will include the 2020 OEM grille seen in some of the other pics which has been sprayed with Bullet Liner also. Also included with the truck is the 20lb ($120) nitrogen tank with ORI dual fill kit ($380) to adjust the struts on the truck, Powertank 20lb kit ($850) to fill the tires after a trip out on the trails and a Snomaster LS12 portable fridge ($660). So by the tally it comes out to roughly $138k invested in this beast of a truck which was built to display products from my custom Off-road LED light business and products from the best in the off-road business. Due to health reasons I had to close the business and is the reason for selling the truck. Full disclosure at the time when the truck was built no one could figure out the electronics so due to the abs being taken off with the Toyota axles the speedometer/odometer do not work so I just used a GPS speedometer app on my phone and kept track of the mileage for proper 5k oil changes so the mileage is estimated to e right around 82k currently. There is a shop that I can refer you to that has the electronics figured out so the speedo/odometer can be made functional. Tires are pretty worn so they will need to be replaced soon and I have the 5th KMC wheel just never mounted a tire to it. I had sponsor decals on the truck done by a local shop and he put sealer around some of the decals so there is an outline on the paint of those decals and there is a trail mark from a tree on the passenger side that is merely cosmetic. I have used the truck as a daily driver since it was built but she belongs out on the trail since basically this is a luxury rock crawler with functioning cold air conditioning. Breaks necks anywhere it goes and if you don’t like people talking to you about vehicles this is not the one for you! Runs and drives fine as I said it’s been my daily so the only other thing it will need soon is a starter as it’s beginning to whine a little. How does it drive you might ask? I mean it’s linked front and rear with massive tires so it drives like a tank. I drove it 2,500 miles from Cali to South Carolina and it now resides in Floral City Florida which is roughly an hour north of Tampa Florida. I hate to sell it but I am unable to enjoy it anymore so I have it priced to sell. Feel free to ask any questions and feel free to make offers I need it gone so my massive loss is your gain. Cash is king obviously so come see it in person I’ll give you a better price. God Bless and have a wonderful day Images Download the Motors app
