The engine garnered praise for its smoothness from many of the people who rode in it, especially compared with their own ¾-ton trucks.
The Titan came in the simply decadent Platinum Reserve trim level. It has luxury features that the BMW 7-Series didn’t have five years ago and is so plush it made me feel guilty. It also features a handy 110- volt socket that made it easy to charge laptops and camera batteries on the go.
There’s also an impressive amount of storage space in the cab. flipped up the rear seats and made full use of the under-floor storage boxes. Get use to the ample rear seat space to store a large wooden workbench that my grandpa had made himself. Up front there are two storage cabbies and each is the size of a small igloo cooler While 550 lb.-ft. of torque is more than anything in the half-ton class. If your driving involves loads with the occasional haul over 10,000 pounds, the XD is a happy medium between a half- and ¾-ton truck. It will give you a ride as smooth as a half-ton but has more towing capabilities and the sterling reputation of a Cummins engine.
This has been my personal truck since I purchased New from Nissan Dealer in Houston Tx. I enjoy this truck and has had No Issues. All service and records with Nissan. It has been serviced by Nissan and all updates from factory are up to day. Recent air filter, engine oil and oil filter, fuel filter and transmission oil changed. Reason for sale is retirement, fixed budget, bank payments and lack of use. Reserve to cancel anytime local sale.
