| “The Designo Magno Matte Gray exterior is in great condition with very few imperfections - Nothing glaring, or too noticeable; I rate the exterior a 9/10. No dents, gouges, or anything of the sort on the body itself. The black leather interior is in good condition with only moderate signs of normal use in some places (ie driver's seat bolsters, plastic trims); I rate it an 8.5/10. The Designo Magno Matte Gray exterior is in great condition with very few imperfections - Nothing glaring, or too noticeable; I rate the exterior a 9/10. No dents, gouges, or anything of the sort on the body itself. As far as the title goes, the car will come with a Rebuilt branded title.
The vehicle was purchased with a Salvage branded title directly from an Insurance Company out of Chicago, IL. As an ASE Certified Mechanic, I deal with these types of vehicles all the time and this is not the first rebuilt vehicle I have sold here on eBay. All work done was completed professionally by myself, or my highly trained staff.
The vehicle has never been in an accident. The vehicle was salvaged out as a flood by the insurance company due a module shorting out underneath the center console. This is a common issue with all G-Wagons. There is an electrical module that controls all of the car"s electronics (including the ignition) underneath the front HVAC unit at the bottom of the center console. Occasionally, the HVAC unit will clog or condensation will leak directly onto the unit and once it is found (water-logged), dealers/insurance will incorrectly classify the car as a flood. There was never any water that entered the vehicle, nor any other electrical issues. We replaced the unit as well as some wiring connecting to the unit, unclogged the HVAC drain, and the car has been perfect since.
The car has been thoroughly test-driven and has had about 500 miles put on it so far since the work was done. The car has performed flawlessly. We will be driving the car sparingly throughout the duration of the listing, as well.
