About this vehicle This 2016 Cadillac Ats-V is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is used as a daily driver. Seller"s Notes Vehicle is being sold by dealer $200 doc fee will be applied to the final price Vehicle Details Beautiful 2016 Cadillac ATS-V for sale. 3.6 V6 Twin Turbo engine with only 24,600 miles car runs great very powerful 464hp! Car is in flawless condition in and out! New tires installed at 21,800 miles (Michelin Pilot sport all season 4) and fresh oil change as well! This ATS-V is fully loaded suede leather seats, heated seats, navigation, apple and android CarPlay, drive mode select, sunroof, push start etc… vehicle does carry a rebuilt title due to a minor left front accident. The hood, left front fender, left front headlight, and front bumper were replaced. No frame damage radiators were not affected from accident! All new dealer parts were used to repair this vehicle! It was state inspected to get the rebuilt title issues and can be registered and insured in any state! WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEAN? Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage versus Rebuilt Title" terminology: Salvage title means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss", the Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that mean the car is totaled? not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the owner. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle depending on the city and insurance company, If the car is not recovered in thirty days or so, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it and just wheels stolen. You can buy 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender benders, and theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief, Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. I would not buy or sell anything with major damage. Now for the Rebuilt title, once the repairs are completed, the car is inspected by the state for all repairs and the Rebuilt Title is issued. Which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. But some states will require you to inspect any vehicle if you bring it from a different state even if it's a clean title so you must check with your state if you need another inspection before you register in your state rebuilt title or clean title.
