Don"t waste your money on a new or newer Performance model. This car has changed VERY little. Think of it as a driving computer. Software upgrades constantly making the car faster, getting increased battery storage/better range.
Car was purchased for over $120,000. Now I am selling it (due to unemployment) for half of that price with ONLY 6k miles. My loss is your gain.
