Vehicle description
This is a listing for my 2015 BMW X1. I purchased it from AutoSource in Spring, 2019. I have used it as my work car and kept the miles very low because I only use it on occasion when I am in the Denver area. The car has a branded title because of very mild water damage sustained before I owned it. AutoSource repaired the car and it has been a great ride to have for the last 2 years that I have owned it. I understand that branded/rebuilt titles may be cause for concern to some buyers, and that is why I am starting this auction price so low in comparison to other cars like it that are for sale online.
This car is being sold AS IS, and for the sake of transparency, the following is a list of minor defects with the car in its current state:
-Moon roof is off-track. The switch and actuator works, the sliding panels just need to be put back on track. -Right-rear tow hook cover is missing -Some paint is peeling off of the front bumper -Driver-side windshield washer nozzle needs to be replaced
The following are notes regarding maintenance performed to the vehicle:
-Airbag recall complied with and addressed by Schomp BMW in May 2019 -OEM run-flat tires were replaced with non-run-flat tires in 2019. These tires are approximately 5k miles since new. Lifetime balance & rotate and road hazard warranties were purchased on all four tires from Discount Tire. -Aftermarket spare tire specific to this vehicle is included and strapped behind the rear seat (see photo) -Intake and Cabin Air Filters replaced June 2019 -Windshield replaced in July 2020
Regarding payment, a $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of auction close and full payment is required within 3 days. I live out of state, so please make arrangements with me beforehand in order to do the exchange. Also, please message me with any questions that you may have. Thanks!
