This car is in terrific shape and has been well cared for. It is a fun, fast 6-Speed standard. She has all the bells and whistles of the GLI Autobahn with tight suspension and great handling.: handles like a go-cart. Fender stereo, sun roof, heated seats, blue tooth connectivity. New tires installed 8k miles ago. new back brakes last season. Fresh spec. oil change. Current safety and emissions inspection. She is super clean with only minor cosmetic blemishes consistent with a well cared for car of this age. Only selling because I have one too many cars and one has to go. I"ve been driving German cars my whole life and the VW GLI Autobahn is the most German car you can buy for the money.

This car is a theft recovery. It was stolen from the original owner in MA with only 18K miles on it. The car was taken for a joy ride, left to be recovered by police, original owner was paid off by insurance and I bought it via a auction dealer. Everything works perfect, no issues, not so much as a bulb out. It has current state inspection. I have owned and driven it for 3 years with no problems aside from replacing the engine because it threw a rod. The engine has about 40,000 miles on it and runs perfect. I will absorb all my ebay fees and am not adding them to the listing.
The car has all it original equipment: manuals, full size spare, tools, even the first aid kit.
