Selling wife"s car so that she may purchase a crossover. Great zippy little car that is great on gas mileage but just isn"t large enough to suit her needs. She purchased this All Wheel Drive, Turbo Mini Cooper Paceman from the local Infiniti Dealer when her Infiniti crossover died.
Cooper has nice Pirelli tires, Remote Start, Heated Front Seats, Pano Roof, Push button start, Tinted windows that were installed Dec 2016, Automatic Transmission with paddle shifters( we have never used), Sport drive option and more. Comes with original owners manual and 2 key fobs. Owned and driven by my non smoking wife.
We have found 2 areas of damage on the vehicle which have been pointed out in photos. 1st is where someone"s car door dinged it on the passenger side (behind door) . The other is a paint chip on the hood. There may be other minor blemishes on the vehicle that I have over looked and not listed. Carfax is clean and we are not aware of any bodywork to vehicle. NONE while we have owned it for certain. Vehicle will have fresh synthetic oil change next week.
Mileage at time of listing is 39,7xx which will change as this is her daily transportation.
Title is held by BBVACompass bank as we do still have a lien on this vehicle. Buyer will be given proof of payoff with Bill of Sale. We will overnight the title, at our expense, once we receive it from bank.
Deposit. A non refundable deposit in the amount of $500 will be due within 24 hours of the end of the auction via paypal or overnighted cashier check. NO exceptions. The $500 will be deducted from balance due on vehicle. If purchase of vehicle is not finalized for ANY reason (ie, buyers loan not approved, lack of funds, changed mind on purchase or ANY other reason) The $500 deposit will be forfeited and NOT refunded. No Exceptions.
Payment for vehicle must be received in FULL BEFORE vehicle can be shipped to buyer or PICKED UP. Payment can be sent directly to BBVACompass or can be sent directly to us and we will then go to bank to pay off the lien. Full payment due within 10 business days of the end of auction.

Buyer is responsible for ALL expenses associated with picking up or shipping of the vehicle.
