Vehicle description
2014 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2500 3.0L Diesel Motovan Motobox Conversion - 126k
Van is in overall good shape. It was originally a 170" Crew Van purchased in Peoria AZ and was converted by The Motobox in Phoenix, AZ. I purchased it to convert back into a cargo van to haul vintage Harleys, but I really do not want to destroy someone"s dream rig as the buildout is very nicely done.
Body is in good shape with some normal dings and a shallow dent near the back of the sliding door. Odometer shows 126,612 miles at the time of listing, which may increase some by the time the auction ends. Most of the miles were freeway miles at 70 MPH. DEF tank heater was replaced in 2018. Maintenance has been followed and van has been taken care of. Wheels were replaced with 18" Fuels with Michelin tires. One tire is new and the others are still at 75% or over. The emissions recall has been completed.
Interior has LED lights in the garage area and passenger area. Bunk measures approximately 62" x 36". Has a Kenwood touchscreen radio with the factory backup camera as well as one near the license plate. Speakers have been upgraded to JL audio with a subwoofer behind the 3 passenger seats. There is some hissing in the left side speakers which I have tried to troubleshoot, I am thinking it is a bad crimp behind the head unit. Not sure if the subwoofer is hooked up, but should be relatively easy for a stereo shop to figure the two issues out. A power inverter was installed to power the TV, Xbox One and a power strip in the garage area. I believe the TV above the driver and passenger seats is a 32". Has a second stereo in the garage area with a separate head unit and speakers.
This would be a great van to throw bikes in and go camping or finish the rear garage area to your wants/needs. I just got back from a trip to Las Vegas with no issues. I would love to keep it, but I do need a true cargo van.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS VAN IS FINANCED THROUGH MY CREDIT UNION. UPON COMPLETION OF SALE, LOAN WILL BE PAID OFF AND TITLE WILL BE RELEASED.
BUYER TO PAY $500 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE END OF THE AUCTION. Balance due within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made.
Buyer responsible for shipping or pick up in Tucson, AZ.
