Up for sale is my single owner 2014 Mazda CX-5 Sport manual transmission. This car has been meticulously cared for and has never seen snow or salt as it was mainly driven in Austin, Texas and more recently in Los Angeles, California.
I totally understand the stresses and concerns that come with buying a car, so I"m including below all the maintenance that"s been done recently and any minor imperfections on the car.
The title is clean and clear. The car had some minor hail damage that was repaired with paintless dent removal by a Progressive-approved collision center. Car was involved in two low speed (less than 10mph) minor accidents where I was rear ended and both times were repaired by reputable collision shops. There was never any frame damage as it was only superficial.
MAINTENANCE: - Air Filters (both In-Cabin and Engine) replaced less than 5k miles ago in March 2018. - Synthetic Oil changes regularly performed and I have kept all the paperwork for this. - New R1 Rotors and upgraded ceramic brake pads were installed in March 2018. - New Battery Installed in 2017 - New Windshield Wipers Installed in March 2018 - New tires with 90% tread on the stock tires. - Philips bright white headlight bulbs installed last month April 2019
UPGRADES: - Upgraded Head Unit with Blue Tooth with Apple Carplay. Also have the original radio still. - California legal tint. - 19" CX5 black wheels with polished lip. Tires should be replaced within the next 5k miles or you can just throw on the stock rims that have like-new tires.
IMPERFECTIONS: - Slight scraping/crack on lower front bumper lip passenger side. - Slight scrape near roof rack caused by tie-down straps. - 4-6 Minor Dents in the door well on passenger side back. Caused by the door shutting while the seatbelt was not fully retracted back. - One 19" wheel has small curb damage. All the other wheels are like new! - Small tear in fabric on second row passenger armrest.
