Vehicle description
Up for auction is a 2014 Cadillac Escalade ESV Premium Edition. I"m the 2nd owner, and have taken very good care of this vehicle, including all timely oil changes with synthetic oil. I originally purchased it used with approx. 16k miles and it had a clean CarFax Report at the time. It has never been involved in an accident while I"ve owned it. It has a power sunroof, and the rear 3rd seat option.
This vehicle came stock with 22-inch wheels however, I felt the ride was too rough so I purchased new, OEM 20-inch Cadillac Escalade wheels and installed Michelin 275/55 R20 tires on them, which I feel improved the ride, substantially. The original, stock 22-inch wheels will be included with this sale. Average remaining tread life on all 4 tires is; 7.5 / 32nds (over 50% remaining tread). I replaced the brakes and rotors at approx. 60k miles, and since I"m not impressed with GM"s braking systems I had heavy-duty rotors and brake pads installed. There is much remaining life left on the current tires and brakes.
I own an independent automobile appraisal business and I can tell you this vehicle is in very good / above average condition for its age & mileage, with only minor chips/scratches on the exterior panels. The only known issue with the interior is an approx. 1-inch tear on the rear set lower cover (see photo attached). The engine and drive train function excellent, and no known repairs or maintenance is needed a this time; the A/C works great, and all options work fine that I am aware of. The only exception is the mechanical running boards open when the doors are opened, but they have difficulty closing on their own without some form of assistance, so I leave them in the closed position via the stock option, which allows me to do so.
While I feel confident there are many years of use left for this vehicle, there are no guarantees or refunds included with this sale, so please bid accordingly. Both sets of keys and fobs, and original manual will be included with this sale.
Due to numerous experiences I"ve had in the past with people not following through with the purchase after winning the auction, unfortunately, I will need to give negative feedback if someone has the winning bid and doesn"t follow through with the purchase. So please don"t submit a bid unless you are certain you will follow through with the purchase. A $1,000.00 deposit will be due within 48 hours of Auction"s end, with full payment due within 7 days via Certified Bank check or PayPal. Vehicle will not be released until all payments have cleared.
