Hi Everyone,
This is a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country, Touring L model. Black exterior, black leather interior. Premium everything (DVD player with wireless headphones and remote), navigation, remote start, great AC, heated seats, etc. My family is the second owner. We bought the car with about 38k miles and we"ve put about 40k miles on it in the last three years. There has been no smoking or pets in the car at all and it"s been garage kept for all three years. We"re selling it because our three kids are older and my wife just wants to move out of the minivan stage. It"s a wonderful car, but now it"s time for someone else!
The car also has an extended warranty that we purchased from CarMax. Three years ago it was a 7 year, 125,000 mile (whichever came first) warranty. We paid about $2,200 for it. Basically, it covers anything non-preventative related with a $50 deductible ($100 if you don"t take it to a CarMax service center). The only problem we had with the minivan was the backup alert system broke after we bought the car and it was replaced. We took it to the Chrysler dealership. We owed $100 and the warranty picked up the $2,300 tab, so it"s already paid for itself and still has another 4 years/45,000 miles on it. I"ll be able to transfer it to the whomever the new owner is and I can provide as much paperwork as necessary.
We"ve taken great care of this car. We put new tires on it a year ago. We give Discount Tire all our business, so you"ll never have to pay for anything tire related until the car needs a new set (maybe another 40-50k miles). We got new brakes and front rotors last year as well and we religiously change the oil every 3k miles. You can put in regular fuel or the E85 Flex fuel if you"d like. I"m told it burns 20% less efficiently, so the cost would need to be 20% less to justify it. I"ve only filled the car with regular gas. Also, we have one key fob and one additional key that will be included.
We paid off the car earlier this year, so we have a clean title in hand.
The only bad news is there is a very small crack on the windshield (photo included). It has about a two centimeter radius and we immediately had it sprayed to prevent spreading. Other than that, a few knicks and miniscule paint chips, but it"s tough to see them. We"re totally transparent about the car and its condition, so please feel free to reach out to discuss or request additional photos.
Once there"s a winner, this car will come to you with a full tank of gas, new oil change, washed on the outside and fully detailed on the inside.
