This has a Salvage/ flood Title and a bad motor. Does not run/ drive. I Purchased it from an insurance company at auction.
I intended to get a replacement motor and get a rebuilt title but posting this as is because I have other projects and may not get to it any time soon.
The crank only spins 15-20 degrees forward and backward. All other electronics on the car are fully functional. The interior is clean and is untouched from when I bought it. It doesn"t show any evidence of being in any flood water, I suspect it was driven though deep water and the motor hydro locked and failed. Then it was claimed and salvaged by the insurance company. I have noticed the battery does loose charge over the course of a week and I"ve been float charging it when possible.
It has H&R lowering Springs, carbon style mirrors, and black/ carbon BMW badges all replaced. Tinted windows, tinted side markers, upper and lower spoiler. HID"s, heated/ memory seats, premium sound system, sunroof.
Each of the wheels have some curb rash but nothing major. The left front fender has a bit of damage at the bottom which also affected the door gap (nothing major, just a little off). It also has a some damage to the rear bumper around the tow bar insert. As well as some misc. scrapes here and there. It is still dirty and the pictures are exactly how it came off the trailer when I bought it.
Great car with a lot of potential. Blue book value of a clean example of this car is $16-18k, Complete N26 motors can be easily sourced anywhere from $2-4K depending on condition/ mileage. This motor could potentially be saved with a new head etc. but further diagnosis is required.
