Vehicle Details 2013 VW TDI ( Brandon VW Certified used vehicle ) ( has extended Diesel warranty up to 120k miles ) - This is an outstanding car, it is the third TDI I purchased. My wife used this vehicle to drive back and forth to work 3 days a week, she commutes about 110 miles round trip each time. She averaged approximately 2- 2.5 gallons of diesel fuel each day. On the highway this vehicle will get you 50-60 miles per gallon. The fact that it’s a Diesel engine tells you that it will run for hundreds of thousands of miles, so long as you maintain it properly. She loves this car. I have one too, that I am not selling and use daily as well. The reason we are selling the car is , I surprised my wife with a Tesla Model 3 for the holidays this year, and her love for her TDI passat ( why we are selling ) took a backseat to her love of the Model 3. I cannot say enough positive things about TDI’s, but I will say that due to the fact that VW no longer produces them for sale in the United States , they are coveted. There are entire forums on Reddit and other online communities that are devoted to the ownership and maintenance of the TDI. When you purchase this vehicle you are purchasing a membership into that community and let me tell you, we are a tight not group that look out for one another. From joining one forum, I learned that they make plug and play chips that you can install that will get you additional MPG and even boost your horsepower and torque. I have one on my TDI and it is phenomenal. Car for sale - Additions: 1) weather tech floor mats 2) protective clear coat 3) brand new vehicle tint ( as dark as allowed ) and it includes the strip on the windshield 4) usb plug and play charging port Minor visual Blemishes / issues: 1) the leather insert on the door panels is slightly lifted creating a sort of bubble effect 2) there are small stains in carpet ( we will be steam cleaning and if they become lighter or are completely removed I will update this listing ) 3) there are minor cosmetic scratches in some areas on the paint ( black vehicle shows more than others ) - we will be compounding and waxing the vehicle and if that removes the surface scratches I will update this listing 4) a bulb for the daytime running light needs to be replaced ( if I replace the bulb I will update this listing ).
