Drives straight and true, brakes well. Steering is straight. No issues.
With the Plug-In Prius, you get about 12 Miles of Electric Only (EV-Mode) after charging 3 hours on 120V household outlet. On 220V charger, it"ll take less than 2 hours. It means that if you have a short commute, you may not need to fill up the gas ever.
So you would think that 12mile EV range is short. Yes, it is shorter than other plug in hybrids.But unlike most other PlugIn Hybrids, you get better MPG in PlugIn Prius than the regular Prius. I get anywhere between 55-63MPG on my 30-minute commute without charging. Just get in the car and drive. You can drive @80MPH on Freeway, 100% local, 50/50, etc it doesn"t matter - you WILL get 50+ MPG. Charge it once a day, your MPG will shoot through the roof - 100 MPGe. You can switch between EV and HV mode as you like. On local roads use EV, and once you are on freeway switch to HV. You"ll be amazed at the kind of MPG you can achieve.
