Vehicle description
This 2013 MINI John Cooper Works Mini GP is one of 500 built for the US market and shows 28k miles. GP models feature unique exterior trim, an adjustable coilover suspension system, Brembo front brakes, a deleted rear seat for weight savings, and more as detailed below. The 211-horsepower 1.6L turbo-four is paired to a Getrag 6-speed manual transaxle.
Each US-spec GP was finished in Thunder Grey Metallic with red accents, special badging, xenon headlamps, a roof-mounted rear wing, lower diffuser, and sill extensions. No accidents or damage and in excellent condition
Factory 17″ wheels were also unique to the GP, as were Brembo 13″ front disc brakes with six-piston calipers.
Inside, the cabin features heated leather and ultrasuede Recaro front seats. Factory floor mats feature red piping. Additional equipment includes a thick leather-wrapped steering wheel with red stitching, red-stitched upper and lower dashboard trim, automatic climate control with A/C, an onboard computer, power accessories, a CD stereo, and more. The digital odometer currently shows just 28k miles.
the GPs have the strut tower brace shown above fitted instead of the rear seats. Suspension includes adjustable coilovers with increased spring rates compared to the standard Cooper S.
the turbocharged 1.6L transverse-four produces 211 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque in factory form. A Getrag 6-speed manual transaxle houses a factory limited-slip differential.
