This catering van is currently owned and was used by a small private business (Crumbs Café). However, we no longer have use for this van as we are moving away from catering. The van has been garage kept and is in excellent condition! There are only 25,931 miles on this van currently, and it has the neat custom-made feature of not only a cooling unit, but heating unit as well! (owner/instruction manual is included) Oven Compartment: The oven is controlled by a digital controller, allowing temperatures to be controlled to your own specification, and this is located in the cab chassis (shown in one of the pictures above). The oven is made of stainless steel, designed to meet health codes and assist in ease of cleaning. Inside the van, there is also a mounted fan that is located on the ceiling to circulate the heated air, giving the oven an even distribution of heat. Refrigeration Compartment: The refrigeration compartment is cooled by an engine mounted compressor, also digitally controlled on the cab chassis. Temperatures can be made to your own specifications as well. For flooring, there is a plastic liner used, as well as an aluminum tread plate floor. Walls and doors of this van consist of insulated fiberglass, which is designed to provide maximum heating and cooling insulation.
