About this vehicle This 2013 Ford Mustang is a modified vehicle with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 1 year. It will not disappoint. Feel free to contact me (serious buyers only) Dan Vehicle Details In my OPINION Ford did a great job on powering this pony. But with 3:31 gear ratio 6 th gear is useless and should you throttle it up you can incinerate the tires and go sideways because of a weak rear suspension. I addressed some of these issues. This car has a Cortex Watts link rear suspension with lower control arms and a torque arm. This eliminates the cheesy panhard bar and forth member. It locks the rear in from deflection either right or left. Keeps the car straight. The torque arm runs from the rear to the center of the car so when you do have the opportunity to use some of that power it will plant the rubber to the road. With the Watts link now in play the car will go straight, or where you point it. It will not have a mind of its own. Next on the list was the gear ratio. Upgraded to ford racing gear 3:55 it deserves. Now 6th gear is actually useable. The “long legs excuse of 3:31” is gone. The car shifts very nicely. 6th gear is usable and it adds a ton more torque to the car. A definite upgrade to any Shelby owner. I did add some nice mods under the hood. Both cosmetic and performance. Performance compliments of VMP performance (being I live down the street why not) they added for me a larger throttle body, bigger intake elbo, JLT carbon fiber cold air box, reduction super charger pulleys, and more I’m forgetting VMP Dyno tuned turned just short of 700 hp to the REAR WHEELS. I purchased all Underwood covers. Aluminum caps, snakes, catch can and just a ton of other things to make it as nice as possible. HR lowering springs, tinted windows, lights, carbon fiber stripes, 3 point safety harness, fire extinguisher,raxioum sequential brake lights.list just keeps going on and on upgraded the stock sub also. Factory was junk. I did everything to make the car 100 percent even the red anniversary cobras were added. For me it’s the perfect street car, cruiser, car show vehicle with bragging rights. Selling this one because I have others. Could use the room for next project. Exterior I have 1 small chip on back bumper that was small , couldn’t photograph but it’s there. Brand new Ford battery installed today Interior So many things added to this car, side scoops, louvers, weather tech mats.
