About this vehicle This 2012 Scion xB is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle needs work. Seller"s Notes Seats are black leather and in pretty good condition. Was told they're actually seat covers that were installed when car was brand new. Exterior of body could use some work down the road but it's pretty presentable in current condition. Front bumper is banged up a bit and you hear it when you make big left turns. Vehicle Details Recently purchased this xB a few weeks ago to serve as a new(er) daily driver. Was in the process of driving from Indiana to Arizona since I was relocating. Unfortunately, I think I pushed it too hard since I had to drive over 19 hours in one day to get out of rural, middle of nowhere. Close to 1400 miles into the drive, it stalled and the check engine, trac lights came on (when I start it now the lights are no longer illuminated). Not sure what it needs. Could be an engine or transmission issue. It starts, runs, and even drives, but it will most likely not get very far. It has over 240K on body but was told the motor was swapped with a 140K one. Prior to it showing signs of issues, it drove perfectly fine and had no problem lights on the dash. Outside of this issue, will probably need new tires. Prior to my ownership the car had 1-owner and was used as a Chicago cab I believe. It has a clean and clear title. Title is not in hands since I am waiting for the new one in my name and new state. Willing to sign a notarized contract stipulating title will in fact be signed over when received. Selling because I don't have the resources to fix. Also still have my other car which requires a minor fix of it's own. It's a sad shame because I really like the xB and they're hard to find these days. Car will need to be towed!
