Thank you for taking a look and interest in my Nissan GTR. I bought the vehicle in Houston almost 4 years ago(before the flood) with around 18,000 miles. I drove the vehicle from Houston to Denver with no issues and for being 6"3 it was surprisingly comfortable ride. The vehicle has been garaged and serviced only by Boulder Nissan in Colorado including the 18k flush that is required. The GTR has never seen the snow, and is driven at least once a month to let the fluids warm and cycle thru as well as to keep the tires from getting flat spots. The vehicle drives perfect and performs as expected. The exterior of the vehicle I would give a 8/10, I would give it a 9 but there is a minor 1/2" blemish on the lower black part of the lip, Interior 9/10, seats are perfect, does have the back-up camera, and all interior lights and screen work like they should. Unfortunately my time with the vehicle has become scarce in the last year or so due to a high demand job as well as getting ready to buy a second house, which is why I am putting the vehicle up for sale.
The GTR was stock when purchased, and over the past couple of years I have slowly added minor bolt-ons. The drivetrain has not been touched as far as any rebuild or refresh. I started bolt-ons when the vehicle had around 21,000 miles with 3" intakes, downpipes, fuel pumps, and injectors since I knew I was going to later add a Flex Fuel kit. It is tuned by Tim Bailey of Cobb using a Cobb accessport tuner. The vehicle comes with two tunes, a valet tune with 0 boost, and a 14# boost flex fuel tune. The vehicle has never seen over stock boost and you can confirm with Tim himself if wanted. Rotors and calipers were replaced at 22,000 miles. At around 23,000 miles I installed the Visconti flex fuel kit as well as a retune for a flex fuel setup. At 25,000 I added the HKS legamax cat-back exhaust as well as the True Forged rims with zero curb rash and brand new MPSS tires(335/30ZR20 Rear, 285/35ZR20 Front), and 3M wrapped the roof gloss black. All parts were installed at Auto Trends in Fort Collins, Colorado and I do have the stock parts if needed or wanted.
I do have the title in hand. The registration, title, and my drivers license all match with the same name and address and the vehicle has a clean history. Buyer is responsible for transportation of vehicle as well as any other inspection or vin verify of vehicle before purchase that the buyer may want. Buyer is responsible for any emissions test that may be needed. I am open to a CTS-V2 with less than 50k miles trade with cash on your end. I do not need help selling from 3rd party, broker, etc of any sort.
Vehicle is located in Greeley, Colorado 80634. A hour north of Denver and Denver International Airport, an Uber is about $40 to my house if coming from out of town. I do have the vehicle on other sites and forums for sale and am subject to removing vehicle early if purchased before end of auction.
