Vehicle description
2012 Nissan Altima SR. This has been our family vehicle for the last 9 years. Single owner, and garage kept. It is the SR model with every option available. V6, leather, sunroof, premium sound.
The car has been polished and ceramic coating applied (shown in the booth in a few of the pics) from Siramic Detail in Katy, TX. Since then, and recently, it has had 4 new Yokahama tires installed. They have around 500 miles of use.
Engine and trans have been serviced regularly. Engine oil is changed every 4000 miles, and trans is flushed every 25000 miles. It is mechanically perfect with no issues. All 4 wheel hubs were replaced about 15000 miles ago. Brakes were done 10000 miles ago. Rotors were replaced and pads as well.
Additionally, the entire interior of the car was completely sound deadened with acoustic mat from Dynamat (under the carpet and door panels). This greatly cuts down on road noise, and makes the car about 15db quieter at 75-80mph.
The car also has a AVIC-4000 head unit installed. It is touch screen, and has factory steering wheel controls integrated. The sound is amazing!
The bad? Not much. The car was involved in a very minor incident back in 2015. Another cars bumper brushed up against the passenger side rear area in a parking lot. The damage was minor, but required repair. It was repaired at Fogle Collision in Katy, TX, and is flawless. Nevertheless, it shows up in the history of the vehicle. Also, there"s a few small door dings and tiny rock chips. Normal wear and tear for a 9 year old car. But, no huge dents or anything major.
