This 2 owner, never wrecked or touched up minivan spent it’s first half of it’s life with an older couple with no kids who used it to commute from Ohio to Florida. Since I’ve owned it for the last 4 years we’ve taken extremely good care of it physically and mechanically. It’s always been garaged. I’ve done all the maintenance and then some. All oil changes done with with Mobil 1 synthetic oilAt 110k miles, I replaced the timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, and thermostat along with changing the automatic transmission fluid. I flushed the engine coolant, brake fluid, and power steering fluid. I used all Honda OEM parts and Fluids, not aftermarket.Both front and rear brake rotors and pads have 10,000 miles on themTires are in great shape with ~75% a tread life. Regular rotation and balance and I had the alignment checked.
