Vehicle Details Public Utility Retired Fleet Vehicles for Sale. This vehicle was originally purchased new, and RWRA has been the single/sole owner to date. This vehicle was retired in early 2020, but due to local public auction cancellations associated with COVID, this is now being listed for public auction/bid. This vehicle is in good condition with minor cosmetic and/or mechanical imperfections. RWRA believes that the vehicle runs well mechanically, but cannot specifically guarantee any level of functionality/quality. RWRA typically tries to maintain all fleet vehicles in accordance with manufacturer recommended maintenance schedules for the lifetime of all of our fleet. Maintenance interval summaries have been attached for your information, but we do not have nor will we provide a CARFAX report. Photos have been attached to this listing as well as summarized internal maintenance work order records and original build/order sheets. Where applicable, this vehicle is being sold with installed accessories as shown in the specific listing photos (i.e. truck boxes, headlight strobes, window deflectors, bed liners, cab cover, etc.).This vehicle is being sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY. BUYER acknowledges and understands that SELLER does NOT provide a warranty for any repairs after sale, nor does SELLER guarantee any aspect of vehicle functionality. Within 14 calendar days of sale, BUYER shall be responsible to pickup the vehicle from SELLER’s location listed here: BUYER shall have full payment in-hand in the form of cashier’s check made out to: Regional Water Resource Agency. BUYER and SELLER shall work to coordinate pickup at a mutually agreeable time during normal business hours and shall agree to transfer title at Daviess County Clerk’s Office on the day of pickup. BUYER shall have proof of insurance on the vehicle for sale at the time of pickup (VIN Numbers on these listings have been provided). SELLER should coordinate this with RWRA Purchasing Manager prior to pickup.
