Vehicle description
My truck for sale is a 2011 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab Short Bed, Manual Transmission, TRD Off-Road trim. I purchased this truck from a Toyota dealership in New Hampshire in February 2019. The truck is awesome and a joy to drive. I am changing over to an SUV, which is the only reason I"m selling this truck.
The vehicle came with the following options:
* TRD Off-Road trim * B F Goodrich T/A KO2 tires * Bed cleats * Bed extender * Soft tonneau cover * Window deflectors * Fog lights
Below are all of the upgrades that I made since purchasing the truck. I tried to use OEM whenever it made the most sense, and everything is street-legal:
* TRD cat-back performance exhaust
* Suspension work/upgrades
* TRD/Bilstein Baja-edition 6100/6112 front coilover and rear remote reservoir shocks
* TRD front springs
* ARB Old Man Emu rear leaf springs with Dobinson greaseable pins
* Sulastic torsilastic shock-absorbing shackles
* Timbren bump stops and U-bolt flip kit
* Drivetrain alignment (carrier bearing drop bracket and rear axle angled shims)
* 7/4 pin trailer hitch (stock 7-pin unit broke)
* Odyssey 34R PC1500 deep cycle battery
* URD short shifter with OEM TRD shift knob
* Kenwood DNX996XR multimedia head unit with rear camera integration and GPS (stock unit failed. I still have it, however)
* Garmin 66w Dashcam with Parking Mode
* Hardwired dash and center console USB chargers (4 outlets total)
* Delco-Remy horn retrofit from a 1990s Buick Park Avenue (by far my favorite upgrade)
* It is wired to a toggle switch allowing for selection between stock and aftermarket
* OEM retractable roof rack
* OEM aluminum running boards
* OEM rubber bed liner
* AVS hood bug deflector
* Husky floor liners
* Tailgate panel replacement due to a large ding and scratch from unloading gear
As far as maintenance, I have kept it maintained on the regular schedule. I can provide all service records. I also had the truck frame inspected and sealed at a local Toyota dealership during the recent frame recall. My particular model did not have an affected frame, but the dealership still did spray sealant to the inside of the box frame and on some welds.
Mechanically and electrically speaking, the truck is sound and a thrill to drive. Cosmetically it also looks great for a 10-year-old truck, nothing out of the ordinary. There are a few blemishes on the exterior and interior. All rust is surface in nature and was verified by my mechanic and the dealership to be non-structural.
Serious inquiries only. Low ball offers will be ignored.
