Vehicle Details 2011 V8 Jeep JKU Wrangler 6.2L 2011 Jeep JKU Wrangler This is a Jeep that has had the factory motor swapped with a 6.2L L86 GM motor from a 2018 Sierra. All the Jeep fun and none of the dismal power problems. The good: -Lots of HP and torque -6.2L L86 engine (from a 2018 Sierra with 36K) -6L80 automatic transmission -Full DOD delete with new C7 lifters, valve springs, and pushrods -Rubicon lockers -5:38 gears (these gears will handle 40s) -37 x 12.50 BFG KM2 -AEV Savegre wheels including spare -AEV 3.5” lift -stock fuel system - no modifications -Texas Speed Stage 1 cam -Mighty Mouse Catch Can (best catch can on the market) -AEM X-series wide-band oxygen sensor to dial in tunes -Upgraded Drive shafts (to handle power) -Front and rear electronic lockers -12,000 lb winch (wireless remote control) -Full interior leather upgrade that is less than 1 year old -Driver and passenger heated (and COOLED) seats -Front dash cam with integrated rear camera (both record in 1080p) -Upgraded sound system (kicker speakers with amp) -All speaker enclosures were lined with Killz mat and insulation -Custom 12” Skar sub with amp -Full killz mat for sound insulation and comfort throughout Jeep interior (all seats and interior removed for this installation) -Electrical distribution system with individual fused power feeds to engine and components -Front accent pieces have been hydrodipped to match wood appearance -Superbright LED headlights -Jeep came from southern state and has been treated with Fluid Film prior to winter (results - NO rust) -Rear tailgate storage system Why are we selling it? We bought the Jeep to flat tow behind our RV. We bought the RV to travel for our son’s sports. He switched sports, we sold the RV, and I am now preparing to go electric. What is wrong with the Jeep? -Fog lights shut off after first 10 seconds of vehicle being started (there is a setting somewhere and I just haven’t taken the time to figure that out) -I think it’s loud. If you love the sound of a V8, you will like this. I love the power, but I have thought about adding another muffler as it is my daily driver. -Front locker makes some clicking when you turn. I’ve been told this is normal but it bothers me. I have replaced both front u-joints (spicer) and changed the differential gear oil. Upon inspection everything looked good. Exterior Exterior is in great shape. Very few scratches (off-road pinstripes). There are two dummy dents from the previous owner. These are small dents caused by rear view mirrors when the door is removed. Interior Interior was deep cleaned to install killzmat sound deadening material throughout the cab. Engine This vehicle has the 6.2L L86 GM Gen V motor. The motor has approximately 30,000 miles. Full clean install and it runs great. Download the Motors app
