The ‘Bu is in great shape! I’m the second owner. Low mileage for the age of the car. I purchased 5 years ago when I moved to the MD area, now I live in DC and work locally so I no longer need a car (or the expensive parking spot!). The interior is in fantastic shape. I had Firestone do a full inspection on the vehicle and all that is needed is to have the rear brakes replaced (which I have an appointment to do in the next week). The car was aligned/tires rotated every 6-8 months, had (synthetic) oil changes and maintenance performed consistently. It has been garaged parked for both work and at home, so the body is in excellent shape.
Documentation that can be provided upon request: *Firestone Inspection w/ recommendations *The CarFax lists damage to the car, but doesn"t give details, so to explain that, someone dinged my car when it was parked at work. The damage was a dent limited to the driver"s side door and was repaired with no permanent damage. *The CarMax appraisal to show that they too believed the car to be in great condition. *And finally, Kelley Blue Book values on the Malibu.
While I am confident in the value of the vehicle, I am open to discuss reasonable offers.
