We used the vehicle as a family for 7 years and it treated us well. It is perfect mechanically and outside only one spot on the passenger side rear quarter panel needs touch up work but it is very small from where we accidentally brushed a pole in a parking garage. JM Lexus of Pompano Beach gave us a quote to fix it like new for $800 and I"m happy to provide that receipt. No accidents and it was purchased from the same dealership JM Lexus and serviced there.
