Item is being sold as-is, with a salvage certificate from pennsylvania. Can be driven on the road after going through your states salvage/rebuilt/reconstructed title process or an excellent parts car also, your choice.
Car is not driveable as it has suspension damage and no engine, but can be steered and towed up onto a flatbed.
