2010 Honda CR-V EX, All Wheel Drive, 69,140 miles. No accident history. Clean title. Runs and drive 100%. One adult owner who had no children, pets or smokers in the household. Light blue paint with grey cloth interior. Options include: all wheel drive; alloy wheels; air conditioning; power windows; sunroof; multi-disc CD changer; cruise control; cargo tray; full set of Honda factory floor mats; Thule roof racks. Goodyear Assurance tires with excellent tread. New battery (December 2020). Very good cosmetic condition overall. On the exterior, there is no rust and the headlights are clear. The paint is very good overall; with some minor paint scratches, primarily under the rear hatch where household items were loaded: touched up with factory Honda touch up paint. The interior is in excellent condition for its age: the dashboard, instruments, steering wheel and interior buttons and switches are all in great shape. The upholstery is in very good condition overall. No tears or stains. No smells. (Owner was a nonsmoker.) The engine compartment is spotless: no oil leaks and the car does not burn oil. Starts, runs, stops and drives 100%. The only issue is that the owner never used the sunroof and kept it closed all the time. The sunroof motor runs and will slowly pull the sunroof open, but it closes very slowly. I suspect, but am not certain, that the issue is that the sunroof wasn"t used over the years and the grease on the tracks hardened. The sunroof can be left closed as is with no problems, but should be serviced /repaired if it is to be regularly used. (The sunroof is fully closed now; does not leak at all; and has never leaked.) Also included: three Honda keys, original owner"s manuals; radio theft and security codes. The Reserve Price is very reasonable, well below retail for an extremely low mile, All Wheel Drive CR-V EX in such good condition. I am not a car dealer. The owner of this car (a family member) recently passed away. I am the legal Estate Representative and am selling the car. When the entirety of Buyer"s funds clear, I will sign the Title (Maine, clear title, no liens) over to Buyer as the legal Estate Representative, and will provide Buyer with a copy of the Letters of Administration from the Maine Probate Court documenting my appointment as Estate Representative. I will also provide a Bill of Sale. That is all that will be required for the new owner to title and register the car in any state. A $500 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Remainder of purchase price due within seven days of the end of the auction. Car must be removed from my property by Buyer within ten days of the end of the auction. No warranty of any kind. Sale is final and car is being sold in As Is condition.
