This van was built for a local customer who has commissioned several vans through our shop. Health reasons are causing him to thin the herd and this van will need to find a new home. The rig is a "10 model EB V10 cargo that we purchased directly from GTB on lease return. It has been tastefully built to be more like a daily driver with some nice overland equipment, and quad buckets with a fitted interior, lighting, and an unusually nice audio system. The van only had about 500 miles put on the clock since we delivered it. The owner has a large collection and vehicles are driven sparingly, while stored in a climate-controlled showroom with battery tenders when not in use. The owner also has a full-time tech to take care of the vehicles and make sure they are routinely started/checked over. This is not the cheapest van on the market, but you get what you pay for and the van is both immaculate and basically irreplaceable with what"s available currently. We bought and built this platform for years and immediately when Covid started the 2 agencies that sell them basically stopped selling them and the supply has not yet returned. We are also on a 12-14 month current lead time for full build-type projects, so this is an option for those who don"t want to wait. (If you like, you familiarize yourself with our company and product(s) on 4x4vans.com and timberlinesupply.com ) exterior This van was polished and waxed before we completed the work on it, the paint is just beautiful for a 10-year-old cargo van, mileage or not. Outside, you"ll see it has Aluminess bumpers front and rear, a Timberline low profile roof rack and ladder, LED lighting front and rear with new KC DOT approved fogs up front and covers. It has Bushwacker fender flares, a fresh tow package with brake controller and wiring, and the windows have fresh 3M tint. The front bumper has a new winch with the plastic still on the top. We cut CRL windows into both sides and the one behind the driver has the little flip-out bottom w/ screen. The windshield was likely replaced, and I don"t see where we did any body or paintwork on this one. When we built this, there would have been 3-5 of these vans available, we basically stocked them, and we always saved the nicest one for the gentleman that bought this one. There are no dents or scratches on the exterior that are obvious, maybe a rock chip or two, but it is really remarkably clean, just like the photos show. Even the roof is in great shape and it doesn"t have the typical chipping/rusting in the gutters like you almost always see on E-series vans. interior The van has a light insulation package and sound deadening. We updated the LED lights in the headliner just recently and it features $12-$15k in audio with a really nice nav head unit, JL speakers and amps, a custom rear a/c cover box with subwoofer, and the doors were done by the audio company with sound-deadening equipment. I remember when we built this van it was the quietest one inside that we"d built to date and I had to go through and really shake out every tiny little rattle because there was no road noise to cover them up. (Now we have to do that on every van.) The van smells nice, never smoked in, it has quad matching custom chairs with sliders front and back, everything works. It has front/rear air, a Maxx fan with remote in the rear, all power, keyless, tilt, cruise, and the lights in the back really came out nice. The paneling is a laminated fiberboard and looks fine, there is an outline in the flooring in the back from where a Rubbermaid bin sat for a while. If you"d like the rear seats to be removable, we have quick disconnect brackets for the e-series seats, it runs $1200 for the system to do both in the back. build / mech / misc This was van #97 so we had at that point, quite a few builds under our belt and it was done correctly. It would"ve featured all-new Moog everything under the front (when they were still building good parts), all new braking up front, abs sensors, new Bilstein shocks front and rear, new custom drive-shafts, 4 link front end on original van coil springs to preserve the ride quality, all new linkages, reman NP271 t-case, and everything else we do. This van should pass emissions anywhere, it still maintains the factory Catalytic converters and the rest of the emissions system as when new.
