Vehicle Details THIS VEHICLE HAS A TRANSMISSION ISSUE AND IS BEING SOLD AS IS.Outstanding issues: Has a transmission problem and functions only in "limp" mode (transmission stays in one gear). Will sometimes shift fine coming out of park and at other times will shift hard. Check engine light is on due to this problem and a code scan shows P0798. Interior door panel fabric adhesion is poor on three doors and average on front passenger side. Some fabric has been stapled to keep it in place. Key fob does not unlock / lock car (dead battery?). Driver side rear door and passenger side front door do not lock / unlock consistent when operated by internal switches. Air conditioning works but is weak. Passenger side front tire missing logo. Ding in trunk area. Two dings above passenger door area. Factory jack broken. Driver's door has a very slight color variation from the rest of the vehicle but it is hard to detect from more than 10 feet away. Repairs: Interior roof fabric replaced. Interior front passenger door panel replaced. Engine fuse block replaced. History: This Jetta was purchased from the factory in 2008 and was a rental or lease vehicle on or about 09/30/2008. It seems it had a minor accident on the driver side front door in fall 2010. It was repaired and sold to a local dealer in Deland, Florida on or about 09/22/2010.
