Vehicle description

About this vehicle This 2009 Pontiac Solstice is an original. This is offered for sale by the original owner. The vehicle runs great. Seller"s Notes I reserve the right to end the listing early for any reason as it is listed for sale locally also. Vehicle Details Here's your opportunity! This very rare modern classic can be yours. Whether it’s the looks or the performance of the Solstice coupe, you’re sure to be pleased with this little head-turner. The coupes are a very rare limited production sports car. GM knew the Coupes were special and gave them sequentially numbered VINs, separate from the much more commonly seen convertibles. Only 1266 Solstice Coupes were ever produced. This is #811 (as seen in the VIN). Here are the numbers for this one: 1266 Solstice Coupes 781 GXP models (turbocharged version) 105 "Cool Silver" GXP Coupes 290hp 340ft-lbs torque (GM Stage kit) 19k miles Premium package options include: Leather seats, 7 Speaker Monsoon stereo, with powerful factory sub, XM radio, Bluetooth, stainless sport pedals. Additionally, these GXP coupes come standard with some nice performance features such as limited-slip differential and Bilstein shocks specifically tuned for this application. Please see the picture of the original window sticker for all options and features. This unique car is very responsive and fun to drive, all original, and very well kept. It's clean, it's fast and it’s beautiful. Always garage kept. No accidents. No door dings. Not a single curb scratch on any of the wheels. Headlight covers are clear and have never been dull or needed refinishing. Southern car, never driven in snow or ice. No mechanical or electrical problems whatsoever. I originally saw the concept version of the Solstice Coupe in a magazine in 2002 and thought to myself, "That's the best-looking new car I've ever seen", but I never expected the released version to look as good as the hard-top concept model, if it ever hit production at all. When they released the convertible version in 2006 I thought to myself, "they ruined another concept car." Boy was I happy when they released the Coupe. So, I seized the opportunity. If you missed your chance then, now's your chance again. Many people comment, "I've never seen one of those in person." In the spirit of full disclosure, this is not a new car and has some minor imperfections and wear from normal use such as a couple very small paint chips in the front bumper which are already accounted for in the price. As with any vehicle, I recommend inspecting the car prior to purchase. I am confident you'll find the car exactly as described and priced competitively for its mileage and condition. I even clean the underside of the car periodically. The mechanic at the dealer says he’s never seen such a clean, well cared for car. Reasonable offers considered. Unreasonably low offers ignored. For serious buyers, feel free to contact me for more information. No tire kickers please.
