Vehicle description
Cadillac STS with V6 engine and performance sedan with remote start and 2 keys.
I have included photos of the original window sticker that came with the car. I purchased the car in July 2017 with 43,000 miles and as of this morning it has 57,972 miles ( less than 5,000 per year). The vehicle was purchased from the original owner who was then living in a retirement home. I used the car to commute to work (40 miles round trip) until I retired. Having since retired, I don"t really need two cars anymore. In the interest of full disclosure, the car has a slight, barely noticeable, dimple near the gas filler/door and one on the hood near the driver"s side headlight. I"ve taken photos of both dimples for your viewing. There is also a slight abrasion to the bumper on the passenger side; a photo closeup and overall view is also included in the attached photos. These "blemishes" are as when I originally purchased the car. Their relative insignificance, or minor detraction wasn"t worth the time or cost. The car has had regular maintenance and oil changes (Mobil 1 only). I have the original owner"s manual as well as an electronic copy of the owner"s manual for easier searches. The car also passed inspection this week. The inspection sticker is good for 2 years, i.e. expiring in July 2022. Please take a look at the original window sticker which I have included among the photos to see all the included options, standard equipment, convenience, and safety features included in the car at time of original manufacture and purchase. I love the remote start and the heated/ventilated seats. They really come in handy during extreme temperatures. The original window sticker lists all the conveniences, standard equipment and options, so please take a look. I can take additional photos of the wheels and the interior if you have an interest in examining further but I recommend you arrange for a visit and see the vehicle in its glory. The runs beautifully and was last tuned (including replacement of ignition wires) at 50,000 ( I like optimal performance). For a 6 cylinder its a strong performance vehicle and I would not recommend it for a teenager. Which reminds me, I was the only driver despite having a teenager in the house. I drive casually (meaning, not a heavy foot on the gas pedal) and tend to get about 18 MPG locally. On the highway I"ve gotten better than 28 using cruise control on Route 78 driving to see family in Pennsylvania. I"m not a harsh driver; when you retire, you have all the time in the world so "enjoy the ride". I really hate to see it go, but I am not using it much these days and for it to sit when it could be enjoyed everyday is almost criminal. Again, feel free to ask questions. It really is a beautiful car. Local pickup only. If you are not local to me, (Union County, NJ) you will need to arrange transport of the vehicle to your chosen destination. I may consider a drop off at your location after payment is made depending on your location and take the the plates with me but no commitments at this time. Please contact me with your location for such consideration BEFORE entering a bid. Likewise, if you want to come and look the car over at my home, feel free to contact me to arrange a mutually agreeable time. Finally, I am relisting this vehicle after the last bidder must have thought it was a joke and entered the winning bid. After having to wait 3 days for a deposit without any action from the winning bidder, I had to wait another 4 days before would take action, refund my fees and resume the listing. The bidder received a negative finding from for his action and is now blocked from bidding again or contacting me further.
